“Watching my first PhD student become Dr. Ziqiao Li is a moment I will always hold close to my heart. So proud of you, Ziqiao! 🎓
On Friday, Ziqiao successfully defended his PhD, and I could not be prouder. It has been a great pleasure to be his co-supervisor alongside Zhongyang Zhang and main supervisor Anja Boisen.
Ziqiao, working with you, exchanging ideas, and supporting your growth as a researcher have been truly rewarding experiences. You have demonstrated deep scientific knowledge, independence, and the ability to tackle challenging research questions with curiosity and determination.
The sky is the limit for you! I look forward to continuing our collaboration and seeing where our next projects take us.
A special thank you to the assessment committee, Ada-Ioana Bunea, Veronica Iacovacci and Brigitte Städler, for their time, thoughtful questions, and insightful discussions.
