Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) identifies molecules by their spectral fingerprints. We turn micromotors into moving SERS sensors: their motion stirs the surrounding liquid and brings more molecules to the sensing surface, for faster and more reliable detection of drugs and biomarkers.
